Clinical Supervision

Guidance. Growth. Licensure.

Clinical supervision is an essential component of professional development for provisionally licensed social workers. At Pure Intention Services, we provide structured and ethical group supervision that fosters critical thinking, clinical competence, and professional confidence. Our goal is to support developing clinicians in navigating ethical dilemmas, refining therapeutic skills, and preparing for licensure in a collaborative learning environment.

Supervision is guided by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics and aligns with the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA) requirements. Through interactive group discussions, case consultation, and mentorship, participants gain practical knowledge, deeper insight, and the tools necessary to build sustainable and ethical careers in social work.
