I’m a Clinical Social Worker who deeply understands the complexities of grief, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. If you're feeling exhausted, lost, or like you've never really found your balance, know that you're not alone—and you don’t have to go through this alone either.

My role is to hold space for you: a space that is safe, nonjudgmental, and compassionate. Whether you’re navigating the pain of loss, recovering from a traumatic event, or struggling to keep up with life’s demands, I’m here to walk alongside you. I help adults move through grief, anxiety, dread, and fear with empathy, skill, and genuine connection.

I am not here to “fix” you—you are not broken. Instead, I’m here to help you process, grow, and find your own inner healing. I invite all your emotions—tears, anger, numbness, heartache—because the reality of loving deeply often means grieving deeply, too.

I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach that honors your unique story. My work is grounded in empathy, respect, and authenticity.
